Seasonal and Fermentation-Inspired, Body-Conscious Obanzai
Carefully prepared with a focus on fresh, locally sourced vegetables and seasonal seafood, with attention to processing, cooking, and broth. The gentle flavors that utilize the wisdom of fermentation bring out the inherent umami of the ingredients. Enjoy a variety of rich and flavorful obanzai, such as fried dishes, steamed items, and assorted side dishes, paired with local sake for your daily meals.
Wrapped in the Warmth of Wood and Nostalgia
The interior, retaining the texture of beams and pillars, has a nostalgic and calming atmosphere. The warmth of the wood is complemented by soft lighting, allowing for a relaxed experience. Whether at a table or the counter, or even in the standing drinking space, you can enjoy a drink from just one cup. It caters to a wide range of scenes, from solo evening drinks to casual gatherings with friends.
Rooted in Platinum, Conveying Fermentation and the Blessings of the Land
As a small izakaya renovated from an old folk house in Platinum, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, we have continued our community-based activities. Although we do not disclose our founding year, we cherish seasonal ingredients delivered from local producers and the fermentation culture that has been passed down, providing gentle dishes for the body. Today, as if drawn by the light, people gather, and warm moments flow.
